This study tracked 120 patients with a confirmed IBS-D or IBS-M diagnosis who were given either silicol®gel or placebo over a period of four weeks.

  • 92% of participants who took silicol®gel saw a clinically meaningful improvement in their IBS symptoms vs only 20% in the placebo group.
