ONLINE silicol®gel RETURNS POLICY
Items purchased online can be returned to silicol®gel for a refund within 7 days of delivery. All refunds will be via card only, no cash refunds will be provided. Items returned must be as new, in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition. All returns to silicol®gel must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery docket received with your order.
FAULTY GOODS RETURNS POLICY
In the unlikely event that the product is deemed faulty, please contact us immediately at enquiries@fwmedical.co.uk. We will provide a replacement subject to receipt of goods. Faulty goods will be tested first for misuse. silicol®gel will ensure swift communication with you to resolve any issues. If the product is deemed faulty by us, we may issue a full refund.

Unfortunately, items not accompanied by an original sales receipt cannot be accepted for refund/exchange.
